Shipping

Every order is carefully packed with the same attention we give our own plant collection.

Estimated shipping windows will always be listed on the individual product page.

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

Pre-Orders

Some products are handcrafted in small batches and are offered as pre-orders to ensure every order is freshly made with care.

Returns

Because many of our products are handcrafted or contain natural ingredients, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

If something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
